Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. You pay one flat monthly fee and keep everything your subscribers pay. Their money goes into your own payment account, and we never hold it.
Who owns the bot?
You do. You create it in Telegram, it carries your name, and you can take it elsewhere whenever you like. We keep its token encrypted.
Can I bring my subscribers from InviteMember?
Yes. Upload your export and check the preview before anything changes. Nobody is charged again, and you can undo the whole import if it isn't right.
Can people buy on a website, not only in Telegram?
Yes. Every plan has its own checkout page you can link to from Instagram, YouTube or anywhere else. After paying, one tap opens Telegram and lets them in.
What if somebody pays but isn't let in?
It puts itself right. Every 30 seconds we compare who should be in each channel with who actually is, and fix any difference — you don't have to do anything.
Does the support bot make things up?
No. It only answers from the questions and answers you give it. When it doesn't know, it hands the conversation to you instead of guessing.
What happens if I stop paying you?
Nothing you've set up is switched off, and your subscribers keep their access. You just can't add new channels, plans or team members until you subscribe again.
Which currencies can I charge in?
Any currency your payment provider supports, plus crypto through NOWPayments. Amounts are kept exact, so the totals always add up to the penny.
Can I run it on my own server?
Yes. Use our hosting, or run the whole thing on a server of your own.
