1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how subscription fees for Telesuber are charged, how a plan is cancelled, and when we give money back. It applies to the fees that Telesuber charges the people and businesses who use Telesuber to run their own paid Telegram channels. We call those customers workspaces throughout, because a workspace is what a plan is attached to.
This policy forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. Where this policy and the Terms say different things about refunds and cancellation, this policy governs. How we handle personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
It also answers, in section 3, the question most often asked by people who are not our customers at all: subscribers who paid a creator for access to a channel and are looking for a refund. That money did not come to us, and section 3 explains what to do instead.
2. Two different kinds of payment
Telesuber is software that creators install and connect to their own payment accounts. That produces two completely separate flows of money, and almost every refund question turns on which of the two you are asking about.
2.1 Subscription fees paid to us
A workspace pays Telesuber a subscription fee for the use of the software itself. This is a flat fee for a plan; we do not take a commission or a percentage of anything a workspace sells. These payments are the subject of sections 4 to 13 below.
2.2 Purchases paid to a creator
When somebody buys access to a creator's channel or group, that payment goes directly into the creator's own payment account — their own Stripe, PayPal, Skrill, NOWPayments or OKX account, connected by them. We never receive, hold, route or control that money, and we are not the seller, merchant of record or payment processor for it. Those purchases are covered by section 3.
A quick way to tell which is which: if you paid to get into somebody's Telegram channel, read section 3. If you pay us every month so that your own bot can sell access to your channel, read sections 4 onwards.
3. If you paid a creator for access to a channel
This section is for subscribers — people who paid to join a Telegram channel or group run by somebody using our software.
3.1 We are not the seller, and we never held your money
The creator is the seller. Their sales are made under their own terms, at their own prices, and the payment went straight to their own connected Stripe, PayPal, Skrill, NOWPayments or OKX account. Telesuber is only the software the creator uses to run the channel. Because the money never passed through us, we have nothing to refund and no ability to refund it. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and any dispute about what was promised are matters between you and the creator, under the creator's own terms.
3.2 How to get a refund
Ask the creator. Their dashboard has a refund control, so a creator who agrees to refund you can do it themselves:
- Card and PayPal refunds are issued automatically through the payment provider once the creator asks for them, and the money returns by the route it arrived.
- A Skrill payment is refunded by the creator from their own Skrill account, in its history there, and the money returns by the route it arrived; the dashboard records it rather than issuing it.
- Crypto payments — through NOWPayments, or USDT sent to the creator's OKX account — are refunded by hand by the creator, because there is no automatic reversal for them. The creator has to send the money back, to an address you give them.
How long the money takes to appear afterwards is decided by the payment provider and your bank, not by us or by the creator.
3.3 Stopping a renewal
If you bought a plan that renews, you can stop it renewing by asking the creator to cancel it. If you paid through PayPal, you can also cancel the recurring payment directly in your own PayPal account, without going through anyone. Crypto purchases never renew: they are one-off payments, so there is nothing to cancel.
Stopping a renewal does not end your access straight away. You keep access to the channel until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the channel simply does not charge you again after that.
3.4 What ends your access
A full refund ends access to the channel, and so does opening a card dispute against the payment. This is not a penalty; it is the arrangement working as it should, because the access was what the payment bought. A partial refund, or a refund the creator issues while leaving the subscription in place, does not by itself remove you.
3.5 If you cannot reach the creator
Write to us at no-reply@telesuber.com with the name of the channel, the date and amount of the payment, and the name of the payment provider. We will try to pass your message on to the creator. That is genuinely all we can do: we cannot refund a creator's sale, cannot cancel a subscription in a payment account that is not ours, and cannot give you access to a channel we do not own. If the creator will not respond, your remaining route is the payment provider or your bank.
4. The free trial
1 day free. Add a card to start; you’re charged only when the free days end, and you can cancel before.
A new workspace can set up free. Its free trial of 1 day starts when you add a card and choose a plan; the card is held by our payment provider, and the first charge is the day the free days end, after which the plan renews as section 5 describes. Cancel before the free days end (section 6) and nothing is charged. Paying through PayPal instead starts the plan at once, with no free days.
Because no money changes hands during the free days, no refund can arise from them.
5. How your plan is billed
Current prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page. When you choose a plan you pay through our payment provider: a card is typed into the provider’s own card fields on our checkout page or on the provider’s own page, and PayPal is approved on PayPal’s own page. Either way the card or payment details go to the provider. We do not see or store your card number.
Plans are billed in advance for the period you have chosen, and they renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, until the subscription is cancelled. Each renewal buys the next period in advance in the same way.
Taxes, currency conversion charges and any fees your own bank or card issuer adds are outside our control and are not refunded by us.
6. Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time, and you do not have to give a reason.
6.1 How to cancel
The workspace’s owner can stop the plan from the Billing page of the dashboard — during the free days too, and then nothing is charged. Or use any of these:
- Email us at no-reply@telesuber.com, from the address on the account where possible.
- Use the help chat inside your dashboard.
- Cancel the subscription directly in your account with the payment provider that takes the payment.
Whichever route you use, we treat the request as effective on the day we receive it, so it is worth keeping a copy of the message you sent and the date.
6.2 What cancelling does
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut the period you have already paid for short: your plan stays active, with everything it includes, until the end of that period, and then stops renewing. We do not refund the remainder of a period because it was cancelled part-way through — see section 7.
Cancelling your plan with us has no effect on your own subscribers. They bought from you, through your own payment account, and any arrangement with them is yours to end or continue.
7. Refunds of subscription fees
7.1 The general rule
Subscription fees are charged in advance for a period, and we do not refund partial periods or unused time. If you cancel in the middle of a period, or stop using the workspace, or use less of it than you expected, the fee for the period already paid for is not refunded.
7.2 When we do refund
There are three exceptions, and we apply them without argument:
- Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged an amount that was plainly wrong, or charged for a workspace that is not yours, we refund it in full.
- A charge taken after you asked to cancel. If we received your cancellation request before the renewal date and a renewal was taken anyway, we refund that renewal.
- Where the law requires a refund. Nothing in this policy displaces a refund you are entitled to by law — see section 12.
Outside those cases, we may still choose to refund something as a gesture. If we do, it is a one-off decision on that occasion and does not commit us to doing the same again.
7.3 How refunds are paid
Refunds are made through our payment provider, back to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different card, account or person. Once the refund is issued it usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank — that part is not something we can speed up.
8. Changing plan
Moving to a different plan starts a new checkout and a new subscription. The old subscription is not stopped automatically, which means that for a short time you can have two live subscriptions and be charged for both.
So please tell us when you change plan, by email or in the help chat. We will stop the old plan and refund any overlapping charge. If you notice an overlapping charge before we do, the same applies — tell us and we will put it right.
Where a change of plan leaves a workspace above the limits of the plan it has moved to, nothing is switched off: everything already set up keeps running, and the limits apply only to adding more.
9. Failed payments and past due
If a renewal payment fails, the workspace is marked past due and the payment provider retries the charge on its own schedule. While that is happening:
- Nothing is switched off. Your bots, channels, plans, automations and reports keep working.
- Your subscribers keep their access. A billing problem between you and us is not allowed to become their problem — they paid you, not us.
- Adding more, beyond the limits of your plan, may be restricted until the payment succeeds.
If a payment cannot be collected after the provider has finished retrying, we may treat the subscription as cancelled and the workspace as unpaid. We will tell you before we do anything that affects the running of the workspace.
10. How to ask for a refund
Email us at no-reply@telesuber.com, or use the help chat in your dashboard, and include:
- the name of the workspace;
- the date of the charge;
- the amount and currency of the charge; and
- a sentence on what went wrong, which is usually all it takes.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. If a request needs information we do not have — a provider reference, for example — we will ask for it, and the clock on our reply starts again from your answer. Where we agree to refund, the refund is issued through our payment provider as described in section 7.3.
11. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a charge from us looks wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most of what people dispute is something we would have refunded on request, and a message is faster than a chargeback: a dispute takes weeks to resolve and cannot be withdrawn easily once started.
If a dispute is opened, we may suspend the account while it is resolved, and we will give the payment provider the records of the charge and of any correspondence about it. Once a dispute is settled we will unsuspend an account that should not have been affected.
This section is about charges made by us. Disputes about a purchase from a creator are covered by section 3.
12. Statutory rights
Telesuber is designed and sold for business use — it is a tool for running a paid channel — and most of the people who pay us are acting in the course of a business. Where, despite that, you are dealing with us as a consumer, you keep every right the law gives you, and nothing in this policy limits or removes it.
That includes, for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where you have that right and exercise it, we will refund you as the law requires, regardless of the general rule in section 7.1. If you have asked for the service to start during that period, you may be asked to pay for what you used before you withdrew, again as the law provides.
Consumers elsewhere keep whatever equivalent rights apply where they live.
13. Price changes
We can change the price of a plan. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice period — never in the middle of a period you have already paid for. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before that renewal under section 6 and you will not be charged it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and a material change will be notified to workspaces by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Refund requests are considered under the version of this policy in force on the date of the charge.
