Going over your tier never switches anything off. Every channel, subscriber and automation you already have keeps running, and your bot keeps serving them — you simply cannot add more until you move up. Your subscribers paid you, and a billing dispute with us must not become their problem.
The software, and nothing else.
Do you take a cut of my subscriptions?
No. Your subscribers pay into your own payment accounts, under your name on their statement. We are told a payment happened so the right channel opens, and that is the whole of our involvement — there is nothing for us to take a cut of.
What happens when the free 14 days end?
Nothing stops. You pick a tier when you are ready; until then everything you have built keeps running and your bot keeps serving your subscribers. You just cannot add more channels, plans or team members.
Can I change tier later?
Any time, in both directions. Moving down can leave you over the new limits, which is allowed — what you already have is untouched, and you simply cannot add more until you are back under.
