Do you take a cut of my subscriptions?
No. Your subscribers pay into your own payment account, under your name on their statement. We're only told that a payment happened, so the right channel opens — there's nothing for us to take a cut of.
What happens when the 1 free day ends?
Your card is charged for the tier you chose, and it renews from then on. The free days start when you add your card, and nothing is charged before they end — cancel before then and you pay nothing. Until you add a card you can set up your bot, channels and plans, but not sell.
Can I change tier later?
Any time, up or down. Moving down can leave you over the new limits, which is fine: what you already have stays as it is, and you just can't add more until you're back under.
